GANESH: Happy New Year! Is there New Years’ in India? Here in Saudi they use the Hijri calendar. The year changed about three months ago, still no New Year’s celebrations as it’s not part of the culture. My gut feeling tells me that the concept of New Years is different in Hindustan compared to in the US. Hey I’m looking forward to another blog post from you!
